E&I Engineer

General Description:

• Review electrical engineering drawings.
• Design electrical systems.
• Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable and consumer lists under the supervision of a technical lead.
• Retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including technical specifications.
• Support a multidisciplinary team on E&I matters across the entire lifecycle.
• Develop best practice working procedures to support E&I developments.
• Create and maintain formal documents.
• Check standard and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Work Experience required:

• Minimum of 03 years experience within offshore/onshore wind projects.
• BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
• AutoCAD and EPLAN experience.
• Understanding of offshore wind and maritime rules and regulations regarding electrical engineering.
• Understanding of electrical power distribution and protection for low and medium voltages (switchgear, transformers, motor control center, lighting, automation cabinets).
• Basic understanding of automation applications.
• Good command of the English language, strong communication skills.
