Material Control Manager

General Description:

• Organize to receive, store, preserve, supplies, equipment and spare parts of the Company in the warehouse in a scientific, correct and proper manner to facilitate the distribution, inventory and not to damage. or affect the quality of goods and spare parts in stock. 
• Distributing materials fully, on schedule and according to the process. 
• Responsible for keeping and ensuring safety, security and loss of goods, supplies, spare parts, … in the warehouse. 
• Organize and periodically check the material warehouse to compare the actual quantity and the books. 
• Make reports, update the list, type, quantity and status of goods, supplies and spare parts in the warehouse periodically at the request of the Workshop. 
• Participate in the inventory of fixed assets and inventory of the project. 
• Report to the BOD on the implementation situation, arising and incidents in a timely and accurate manner, making reports in accordance with the processes in the quality management system 
• Ability to plan/organize the work of managing, arranging and preserving construction equipment and materials, reporting on the status of import and export of equipment and materials, actively reporting on the project of upcoming construction equipment and materials. 
• Responsible for performing the tasks assigned by the BOD.

Qualifications and Work Experience required:

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in engineering. 
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position, experience in managing materials for Offshore Wind projects is preferred. 
• Fluently use office informatics and related software for the management of equipment and supplies. 
• Fluency in English is required to listen, speak, read and write; Read and understand specialized English documents. 
• Have professional working style, high sense of responsibility, honesty, dynamism, progress and ability to work independently.
