- Welding Inspector is responsible for overseeing and inspecting welding processes to ensure that they
meet industry standards, codes, and specifications. Their job duties may include: - Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that welding processes comply with codes and
standards. - Inspecting welding equipment and materials to verify that they are suitable for the job.
- Conducting visual inspections of completed welding work to check for defects and compliance with
codes and standards. - Documenting inspection results and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring welding processes to ensure that they are performed safely and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other inspectors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure
project completion. - Keeping up-to-date with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
