Coating Inspector

Responsible for inspecting and evaluating the quality of coatings applied to various surfaces such as
steel structures, pipelines, and vessels. Their duties include:

• Planning and preparing for inspection activities.
• Reviewing project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Conducting surface preparation inspections.
• Conducting coating application inspections.
• Monitoring environmental conditions during coating application.
• Evaluating coating thickness and adhesion.
• Performing quality control tests.
• Documenting inspection results and preparing inspection reports.
• Communicating with project team to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• The ideal candidate for this role should have knowledge of coating materials and application
  techniques, as well as experience in quality control and inspection. Strong communication, attention to
  detail, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
