Scope of work:
- Establishing a relationship and liasing with the Client/Customer representative in the administration and
coordination of the Project. Carryout a Contract review for its completeness with Client/Customer
representative, if required. - Ensuring compliance with the Contractual requirements and the Project is completed within the agree time
frame (Schedule), budget, quality, specifications, customer/client satisfaction and to the highest achievable
safety standards. - Develop final organisation chart for the Project clearly indicating the Project assigned as well as Project
dedicated personnel and their respective lines of reporting. Subsequently recruiting new personnel for PMT
subject to in-house non availability of personnel and ensuring that other departments provide the personnel
and services in a timely manner based on the respective mobilisation plans. Review of office space
availability for the Project Management team with the intent of housing the core/key PMT personnel for the
specific Project to be in one building and/or one location as deemed appropriate for the effective execution
of the Project. Prepare and provide weekly and monthly Project updates/reports to the Management. - Review and dissemination of all Project related correspondences and other Project documentation.
Wherever required, interface liaison with other Contractors and Subcontractors who may be appointed from
time to time by either PM or Client/Customer to carry out other parts of the work in the project. Arranging
and attending all meetings required with the Client/Customer Representative, and ensuring as necessary
that other JRM personnel and Subcontractor’s personnel as required are present. Ensuring that written
procedures required for the Project are produced in accordance with contractual requirements and well
within the milestones specified in the Contract. Ensuring that all other contractual items including but not
limited to financial instruments, completion certificates and warranties are in place for the contract. - Approval of invoices for the completed work and follow up with Client/Customer regarding timely invoice
payments. The Project Director and or Project Manager has the discretion to delegate the follow up of timely
invoice payments to the Project Controls Manager. - Ensuring that the Company and Client safety policies and procedures as appropriate are followed by all
project assigned personnel on the project. Ensuring that the necessary Safety induction training cources
are arranged for Client/Customer representatives as well as new Project personnel well within time. Liaison
with the Project Quality Manager to ensure that the project is being performed in accordance with the quality
plan, and ensuring that final certification is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
