Scope of work:

The Assembly Supervisor is accountable for the planning and supervision of the Assembly Work of
Transition Pieces until handover to Integration Package, including the management of HSE, scope,
quality, budget, resource, and time scheduling for the package in line with the project objectives and
governance. Other requirements of Assembly Supervisor.

  • Own and drive best QHSE practice and company policies throughout the project.
  • Deliver the project financial performance, including full cost control, management of invoicing and cash
    flow, accurate forecasting and change order management.
  • Delivery of a safe and high quality fabrication.
  • Ensure projects are well planned and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure work only takes place with approved documentation in place, where the staff have the requisite
    skills and training to undertake those tasks.
  • Oversee, develop and deliver project documentation to ensure that all the aims and deliverables of the
    project are clearly understood and delivered. Especially all aspects of reporting, including accurate and
    timely DPRs, in line with company procedures and best practice.
  • Efficiently plan fieldwork. Liaise with clients to ensure both parties are fully informed of
    mobilization/planning arrangements.
  • Ensure regular communication with the client throughout the work; document any changes to
    specification / work scope or claims. Ensure variations to contract are recognized, tracked and charged at
    appropriate contract or commercial rates.
  • Ensure project reporting is properly managed, and delivered. Primary Steel Supervisor will report to
    Lead Primary Steel.
  • Manage staff, prepare work schedules, assign specific duties and delegate appropriately.
  • Resolve problems that arise during Projects in an open and efficient manner.
  • Establish and implement objectives for all direct reports.
  • Liaise with other lead and package manager on co-ordination with other package, to ensure optimal
    utilization of resources.
  • Monitor sub-contractors to ensure all Contract obligations are delivered.
  • Working with the company / client QHSE to deliver the projects health and safety procedures.
  • At completion of all projects, deliver a “Lessons Learnt” and Project Close out Report.
