Scope of work:
- Report to Lead Site moving, Weighing, Storage & Loadout for any technical and operation issue.
- Overall Coordinate and resolve interface for all issues of the project, act as the focal point in dealing with
SPMT’s Vendor, Client, Fabrication Team, Subcontractor and Stackholder for all technical and operation
issues related to site moving by SPMT, Extendable Trailer, Forklift, Crane, Cargo barge, Weighing
Equipment, etc. - Act as Site moving and Storage Supervisor to supervise, monitor control the day to day activities of all site
moving and storage operation at the fabrication yard. - Assist to Leader and Package Manager in interface with all relevant parties during site moving and storage
operation at Fabrication yard. - Cooperate with SPMT’s Vendor, Fabrication Teams, Subcontractors and Stackholder in terms of
monitoring, supervising and recording any Site moving and storage activities of Prefabrication/Jacket/Suction Bucket/Transition Pieces Fabrication Package to ensure these activities to be
done in safe and proper manner according with approved procedure and Company’s specification and
requirement. - Coordinate with logistic officer of PMT and SPMT/Weighing Vendor for mobilizing/demobilizing
tool/equipment/package spreads to/from yard/jetty during the project execution. - Prepare and check the site moving route, barrier line, temporary support, SPMTs/weighing spreads, Yard
ground, Yard facility and lighting (if site moving in night time), steel mat, marking COG/cargo positioning on
temporary support and SPMTs, etc. before site moving and storage operation at yard. - Support preparation and issuance of document “Site layout for fabrication site and Delivery Site” for Client
review and approval. - Supervise the Cargo barge/transportation vessel alongside with Jetty for transfering project Material/Prefabrication Items (such as Jacket legs, bracing, TP can…)/Suction Bucket Jacket (SBJs) in/out Cargo barge
or transportation vessel and make sure operation smoothly and safely as per project requirement. - Supervise the function test/maintenance/log check list during project execution in order to make sure
SPMT/Storage Spreads are readiness for operation and smoothly carry out during long term operation. - Attend daily progress meeting with all involved parties on yard if required. Verify Vendors
DPRs/timesheet/fuel consumption/MOM and prepare internal daily report to Lead Site moving, Weighing,
Storage & Loadout.
