- Workforce Planning
- Analyse business workforce demands and plan an efficient resource to support the growth of business short term and long term.
- Manage and ensure recruitment is within budget.
- Build and operate internal processes and systems to attract the right candidates for hiring.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize the operational costs of people to drive business effective P&L.
- Monitor and analyze the turnover situation, plan and implement initiatives to retain talents.
- Evaluate the quality and productivity of the workforce, and propose strategic initiatives accordingly.
- Consult and advise Directors/ Managers of the Department on the situation of the workforce and opportunities to make it optimized.
- Leadership & Capability Development
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that improve business performance.
- Define and standardize sufficiency competencies framework for management and staff to align with organizational business growth goals.
- Develop and sustain leadership qualities to be aligned with the company’s expectations and directions.
- Build a systematic platform (tools and processes) to evaluate competencies gaps and provide opportunities to improve competencies outcomes.
- Approach leadership team and employees to identify potential needs for training and development to adapt business goals.
- Be a consultant to Directors/Managers for staff development strategies and roadmap.
- Plan and provide different methodologies of training that drive individual competencies performance.
- Perform coaching to employees to change for growth and enhance leadership qualities impact on employee motivation, development, and retention.
- Organization Development
- Conduct/ monitor 360 performance appraisals within the organization. Analyse year-end performance among organizations to decide on HR’s new phase.
- Develop necessary policies and processes that guide businesses to build effective and standardized practices.
- Measure metrics and analyze data to diagnose the situation of the organization’s health, and provide proper actions/solutions to strengthen the situation.
- Work with the C&B team to review and analyze salary & benefits schemes to ensure effective pay for employees.
- Build and promote the core values of the organization into workplace practices and make it a cultural environment.
- Study, analyze, and develop job architecture system (job titles, job grade, job description, job evaluation, pay range)
- Consult the management team to review and propose ideas to make it an effective organizational structure.
- Perform surveys/analysis and define action plans, and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Analyse trends, and identify and implement activities to promote employee engagement.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Evaluate and identify a pool of High Potential Performers, and implement strategic initiatives to retain Hi-Po performers.
- Implement a succession planning program across functions to find and build successors.
- Consult employees for their career path development at the company.
5. Business Partnership
- Work closely with the business to understand business growth strategies and goals.
- Convert business goals into HRBP Goals to maximize support business achievement.
- Identify business obstacles & challenges that can be solved in terms of HR strategies.
- Analyse business achievement results to find out HR solutions and decisions.
- Be a consultant for the business head regarding people and organization matters.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business or related fields.
- High-demanding orientation working.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Familiar with Sales Operations Models and Sales Force development.
- At least 5 years of HRBP at managerial levels in Sales/Commercial background.
- Strategic vision mindset.
- Project management.
- Data analysis and visualization.
- Influencing communication with stakeholders.
