Job Description
- Managing vendor partnerships and performances in merchandising, production, quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Develop the sourcing factories across Vietnam both in knits and woven.
- Effectively breaks down functional work plans into detailed work activities, roles, and responsibilities awareness.
- Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities to drive process and product innovation.
- Communicating proactively with Asia Hub stakeholders, product development, and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar.
- Manage the daily operations effectiveness of teams in Vietnam: P&L, team development, and vendor performance matrix.
- Support all associates in the team, to ensure they create and drive their development plans in meeting the business goals.
Job Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
- Proven experience in managing apparel or textile or trim factory/ sourcing office operations.
- Knowledge of managing a diverse product collection.
- Understanding of the apparel manufacturing process, industrial engineering, costing, and supply chain management.
- Coaching and developing team members, providing timely constructive feedback.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multi-cultural teams and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive and passion to make a difference, presenting a growth mindset that role models positive and curiosity to your team and peers.
- Ability to lead and drive the change development process, business acumen mindset.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English & Chinese is an advantage.
