Job Description
- Make a plan to care for current customers.
- Market survey and customer profiling including current and potential customers.
- Propose further business plans.
- Offer, introduce products, approach, and develop new customers.
- Receive and process complaints from customers.
- Statistics and entering sales report data.
- Prepare reports on monthly order fluctuations and customer fluctuations.
- Prepare market reports.
- Coordinate with accounting to monitor and report customer debt and debt age.
- Based on debt age and customer debt, make a plan to collect and promote debt, including export debt.
- Support receiving orders and planning production.
- Support in arranging delivery plans.
Job Requirement
- Gender: Male / Female
- Have experience working as a sales representative at manufacturing companies.
- College degree in related major (Business administration, marketing, service trade economics…).
- Priority is given to candidates who prioritize business from manufacturing companies, especially business from packaging companies.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Good communication and expression skills.
- Prioritize proactive market analysis and business planning and know how to set work goals.
- Work independently and withstand pressure at work.
- Make annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans.
