JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitoring, conducting and carrying out the investigations and works related to the development of industrial cases of the company Company;
  • Collaboration with the courts involved in the investigation, execution, examination and collection of the industrial cases, technical problems arising during the implementation of the projects, including the preparation of technical submissions, technical evaluation, technical supervision, reception and testing of the delivery; formulation of job inspections, progress reports of the worka.
  • Provides the Board of Trustees with a view to resolving issues arising in the process of filing cases, analysis of risks and dealing with legal issues that have occurred in the past.
  • Participate in building, improving, upgrading systems, enhancing capacity, competitiveness, building databases, technical and economic standards related to project implementation industrial on the shore;
  • Co-ordinate with other operational departments of the Deployment Board, well perform other tasks in accordance with the function of the Department’s mandate;
  • Coordinate, exchange experiences with colleagues in the Department/Department, and develop expertise and experience together;
  • Proposing, building, upgrading and continuously improving the management system for the performance of the work of the individual and the Department;
  • Assume positions at specific projects according to the assignment of the Head of Industry and perform work as described in the designation at the projects;
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned or delegated by the Department/Board Leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in oil and gas engineering.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of specialty, specialized technical standards, experience in design, engineering for oil and gas works on land, offshore, chemical plants, industrial.
  • TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent. Able to comprehend technical documents in oil and gas, industry. Capable of presenting and discussing work fluently.
  • Knowledge of MOS office computing (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Express, Internet…).
  • Problem-solving skills, evaluation/ presentation/presentation skills, quality management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
  • Project management skills;
  • Ability to conduct bidding;
  • Internal training skills;
  • Skill in drafting and negotiating contracts;
  • Analysis, synthesis.
  • Understand the model, management system and scope of the production business of the company Corporation;
  • Good health, high responsibility, creativity and enthusiasm at work.
