JOB DESCRIPTION

• Guidance and assistance to the Divisions of company General Corporation in implementing the implementation of procedures, regulations and guidelines relating to the management of assets, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles;
• Manage, monitor, monitor and update information on asset management, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles in company Corporation;
• Preparation and management of property, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles in the company corporation from the date of commissioning to the transfer and liquidation;
• Conduct the inspection, monitoring and evaluation of the efficiency of exploitation of assets, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles owned by the company corporation;
• Management, guidance, monitoring and inspection of maintenance, repair of property, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles in company Corporation;
• Implement the procedures for the transfer of fixed assets, machinery, equipment, supplies and land use arrangements, CSHT serves the SXKD operations of company Corporation;
• To liquidate and transfer assets, machinery, equipment and vehicles owned by company Corporation;
• Guidance and participation in carrying out the annual asset inventory work at the prescribed time;
• Preparation of administrative reports relating to the management of assets, land, machinery, equipment and vehicles;
• Weekly monitoring, updating the status of work processing, assessing the level of completion of the assigned work, serious implementation, quality according to the Board’s progress management;
• Research, construction and implementation of ISO standards, continuously improving the quality of work of the Board and the Company.
• Responsible for operational safety, health, environment & saving, against waste of budget;
• Proactively coordinate and support the relevant departments in the implementation process;
• Other tasks under the direction of the Head of the Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least one of the majors:  economics, business administration, commerce… or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in investment, asset management.
• English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent, communicative in everyday work (listening – speaking).
• At least a MOS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent certificate.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, presentation skills.
• Understand the Bidding Law, Investment Law, State regulations relating to bidding, investment and property management.
• Careful, honest and highly confidential, well organized.
