Job Description
- Develop strategies and business plans according to the Company’s development orientation.
- Manage, operate, and develop business activities according to approved strategies and plans.
- Manage sales staff to achieve sales goals, support and monitor business plan implementation.
- Build, search, and expand customer, partner, and related market relationships.
- Collect market information, competitors, and customer tastes.
- Report business results, make forecasts, and advise the Company’s Board of Directors.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the Company’s Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University or higher in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Export…
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and operating agricultural business activities, with priority given to candidates with experience in the essential oil and medicinal export industry.
- Understanding the essential oil market in the provinces and world export markets.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, plan policies, build and implement market development strategies.
- Have good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build a business team to meet assigned strategies and tasks.
- Fluency in English.
- Willing to travel abroad and attend international fairs as required.
Benefit
- Salary: 30-40M + monthly bonus (income 50-100 million).
