JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check, summarize and compile timesheets, calculate monthly wages for employees; distribute wages, benefits, and other income to employees; send monthly wage and additional income notifications to employees
- Update, monitor, and provide detailed information on employee wages and income at the Corporation
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Division to declare and settle personal income tax for the Corporation’s employees
- Update and monitor monthly wage and income reports of the Unit, and submit monthly reports to the division leadership
- Prepare and store documents related to assigned tasks until submission for current archiving as per regulations
- Report periodic or ad hoc wages and income as requested by the Group and state regulatory authorities
- Regularly update information on Labor Law changes related to labor and salary; answer queries related to the calculation and payment of wages to employees
- Participate as a Project HR coordinator for project teams as assigned by department/division leaders
- Research, review, and develop processes, regulations, welfare policies, and regulations for employees working abroad; participate in projects that the Corporation is implementing/coordinating
- Develop criteria for evaluating operational efficiency of Units; analyze and propose adjustments to wage policies aimed at improving labor productivity, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with legal regulations
- Guide and implement regular/promotional salary increases for employees; handle salary reclassification for employees upon transfer/appointment
- Compile, establish standards, propose allocation/delegation/support of annual reward and welfare funds for Units ensuring fairness and compliance with Corporation regulations
- Guide and disseminate information on state and Corporation regulations regarding wages and policies; address complaints regarding wages and policies
- Weekly monitor, update the work handling status, evaluate personal work completion level, and strictly implement quality work as per the division’s work schedule management
- Research, develop, and operate the ISO system, continuously improve the work quality of the Division and Corporation
- Responsible for safety, health, environmental & saving, anti-waste activities in the Division
- Enhance team spirit, mutual support, and coordination with relevant departments/colleagues in work execution
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Department/Division leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university with at least one of the following majors: Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 03 years of experience in human resources. Experience in payroll and policy at large corporations/companies with a staff of 1,000 or more.
- English: TOEIC 650 or equivalent,
- English Communication: Fluent.
- Technical English: Able to understand specialized documents.
- Minimum achievement of a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
- Skills in problem-solving and decision-making, presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the Labor Law and related state regulations on payroll and policies;
- Careful, honest, and highly confidential; good organizational skills.
- Creative thinking, enthusiasm, willingness to seek and innovate in work.
