Construction Engineering Manager

General Description:

• Ensure manning levels are maintained for safe operations of the project.
• Perform safety and security checks as required.
• Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the personnel under his/her supervision.
• Closely monitor the progress of the project and provide constructive advice where appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records throughout the project.
• Supervise the overall safe installation of the project to ensure continuity and report on progress.
• Ensure compliance with Hydra and client policies and procedures and local legislation.
• Maintain communication with offshore clients.
• Develop a continuous improvement culture throughout our offshore operations

Qualifications and Work Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
• Minimum 2 years related experience on medium to large transportation/transit/rail infrastructure projects desired.
• Experienced in installation/decommissioning projects.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills in English.
