JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement the construction and deployment of restructuring plans for the Parent Company – Corporation and its Units to successfully achieve the Corporation’s operational goals, business plans, and development strategies.
- Evaluate and submit for approval the restructuring plans of the Corporation and its Units.
- Deploy and monitor the implementation of approved restructuring plans.
- Report periodically or as required by the Corporation on the results of restructuring, propose appropriate plans and action strategies.
- Participate as a Secretary in Committees/Boards dealing with matters related to restructuring plans.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Department/Division leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university with at least one of the following majors: Corporate Finance, Investment Economics, Securities, Corporate Law/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 03 years of experience in restructuring – mergers and acquisitions of enterprises. Preference for candidates who have worked in large corporations or companies with foreign elements, and/or with a scale of over 1,000 employees.
- English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent
- Basic English communication.
- Technical English: Capable of independent research.
- Minimum achievement of a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certificate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
- Skills in problem-solving and decision-making, presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the Labor Law and state regulations related to human resources, especially in corporate restructuring;
- Careful, honest, and highly confidential; good organizational skills.
