Job Description

  • Human resources management.
  • Manage HRM group: insurance, timekeeping, salary calculation, disciplinary handling, and contracts.
  • Establish rules and procedures.
  • Handle related issues.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from fields related to Human Resources, Law, Management, and other related fields.
  • Have 8 years of experience in the manufacturing field, with priority given to candidates working at companies with over 1000 employees.
  • Deep understanding of the law.
  • Chinese/English use 4 skills well.
