JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing the duties of a Digital Transformation Project Secretary:
    • Coordinate with departments in digital transformation, process digitization, document digitization…
    • Co-ordinate with departments in planning, monitoring and implementation of planned conversion projects; act as secretary for conversion meetings; record the minutes of meetings.
    • As a guide to receiving directive information from the Division of Conversion (directly from the Deputy Chief of the Standing Board of the company Division), developing plans, managing, administering the departments implementing the work
  • Performing other tasks under the direction of the Head of Division/ Division, as appropriate;
  • Implementing compliance with the current ISO regulations, processes and standards of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 03 years of project planning /deployment /management /secretary experience
    • Knowledge/experience in project management;
    • Knowledge, experience in implementing ERP enterprise resource management system, digital conversion.
  • English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent
    • Communicative English: fluent
    • Specialized English: read and understand specialized documents
  • MOS Office Certificate or equivalent.
  • Management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, presentation skills, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC: 27001.
  • Careful, honest and highly confidential; good organizing skills.
