Electrical Engineer/Civil Engineer (Remote & Part-Time) – Mongolian

1/ Job type: Part-time, Remote

2/ Estimated duration: 7 months 

3/ The primary responsibility of this role is to review and validate the approved Feasibility Study (FS) and develop a comprehensive set of EPC Tender Documents for the proposed coal-fired power plant in Mongolia is to maintain excellent engineering project quality while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer (Mongolian nationality)

• Over 5 years of experience participating in heavy industrial construction projects, possessing in-depth knowledge of local electrical and fire protection laws/regulations, with expertise in procedures for national grid connection, acceptance/handover to authorities, and electricity purchase contracts.

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant authorities as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements for Civil Engineer(Mongolian nationality)

• Over 5 years of experience participating in heavy industrial construction projects, knowledgeable about local Civil work laws and regulations, and experienced in inspection, testing procedures, and acceptance/handover processes for Civil Works to relevant authorities.

• Effective Communication and Regulatory Coordination: Possesses excellent communication skills in English and the proven ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with relevant authorities when required for work.
