Fabrication Manager

General Description:

• Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, from design to delivery.
• Work with clients and sales staff to determine project scope and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Create production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise employees, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Inspect completed products and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Keep abreast of new developments in fabrication techniques and technology.
• Stay within budget constraints.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Work Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of 05 years experience within offshore/onshore wind project
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve production goals
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and practices
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
