- Coordinating NDT Work in the project. Making plan and request NDT sub-constructor to conduct NDT
according to project schedule. - Making plan for personnel and training internal for NDT operators (if requirement).
- Participating in bidding of project related to NDT field such as ( issue TR, TC, issue or review NDT
procedure…) and reviewing technical for buying package. - Advise NDT equipment for NDT field. Audit NDT sub-contractor and Issue planning for mock-up test for
personnel who perform NDT work. - Checking NDT equipment to ensure that it is good for working and calibration is on validation.
- Managing NDT status in the project and informing construction team for next work step. Supporting
construction team to determine correctly where defects are for weld repair.Coordinating with QC to
issue Inspection Release for next work step. - Supporting QC Structural/ Piping & Mechanical/ Welding engineer/Data input for updating welding
quantity, NDT and weld repair rate. - Inspect and witness performance of NDT personnel of NDT sub-constructor include PAUT activities.
- Review RT film and scanning view PAUT results, Review NDT result/report. Cross checking NDT.
Directly perform NDT when required. - Checking NDT reports and NDT documentation. Checking and confirming NDT quantity report daily
and monthly. - Auditing domestic NDT sub-constructor or NDT in the project. Having responsibility to store related
documentation during running project. - Variation work or Project Manager assign. Performance others assignment in General Quality Control
System of Company and QAQC Department Manager.
