Regional Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development status with the Vietnam R&D Centre (D-Lab) after design phase is completed. 
• Responsible for the rollout of products adapted to local requirements, managing packaging labels, standards, and regulatory requirements)
• Manage pricing in partnership with supply chain and category managers.
• Support the supply chain and product development teams to select the right partners for production and delivery in terms of quality and location.
• Ensure the products comply with the global and local regulations; be responsible for product standards and regulatory registration and liaise with additive suppliers.  
• Keep the consistency of the brand image of products with adequate product labels and packages.
• Coordinate with the regional technical training team on the training for new technical specifications
• Responsible for managing the overall quality of each product rollout.
• Coordination for company’s Design-to-Cost initiative: Ensuring input from various stakeholders (R&D, Product, Supply Chain) involved are consolidated and disseminated to the responsible functions.

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years experience in the product management technical service functions of automotive lubricant products, or/and petroleum additives/Chemicals, or/and baseoil.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a regional role. 
• Degree holder in Engineering, MBA will be an advantage. 
• Experience of B-to-B-to-C is a plus.
• Experience in automotive oil product management is a plus.
• Experience in lubricant/chemical product formulation and test analysis results is a plus. 
• Teamwork oriented.
• Proactive, self-starter.
