Rolling & PreFabrication Manager

General Description:

• Provide leadership for the rolling & prefabrication operation, delivering quality products effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all MCL and industry quality and safety standards are met, and that Safety is a driving force within the rolling & prefabrication organization.
• Lead the rolling & prefabrication operation to ensure assigned work is delivered on time, on budget, and meets quality standards.
• Serve as the principal rolling & prefabrication interface with the market and customers.
• Responsible for the technical accuracy, quality, and cost effectiveness of the rolling & prefabrication operation.
• Provide leadership in problem solving and troubleshooting of issues and challenges.
• Create a team-oriented working environment that fosters growth, accountability, and pride.
• Provide clear leadership and vision; inspire and motivate the rolling & prefabrication staff to achieve excellence.
• Facilitate, direct, and drive continuous improvement across all rolling & prefabrication related areas of the business.
• Lead value production, design optimization, and constructability efforts within the rolling & prefabrication team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to expand or improve the rolling & prefabrication strategy and processes.

Qualifications and Work Experience required:

• Minimum of 05 years experience within offshore/onshore wind project
• Proficient computer and english communication (written, verbal) skills.
• Ability to communicate, teach, and mentor employees effectively.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
