JOB DESCRIPTION

• To guide and support the Divisions of the company Corporation in implementing the implementation of the processes, regulations and guidelines relating to the construction investment of the company Corporation;
• Directly implement the investment procedures of allocated projects from the stage of preparation for investment, implementation of investment and end of investment put into exploitation, use;
• Planning and implementing specific measures for investment, maintenance, upgrading, renovation and repair of allocated buildings;
• Directly inspect, evaluate, prepare proposal reports and evaluation reports submitted to the Head of the Division/Leader of the Board before granting approval authority for each assigned construction project;
• Monitoring, supervising and reporting on the progress and quality of the work, to the Director/Chairman of the Board for each assigned construction project;
• To coordinate with the Specialists of the Office the preparation and establishment of documentation related to the investment process for the works assigned in accordance with the current Regulations;
• Monitor weekly, update the status of work processing, evaluate the level of completion of the assigned work, serious implementation, quality according to the Board’s progress management table;
• Research, building and implementing ISO standards, continuously improving the quality of the work of the Board and the Company.
• Responsible for the safety, health, environment & saving, anti-waste of budget;
• Actively coordinate and support the relevant departments in the process of carrying out the work;
• Perform other tasks under the direction of the Head of the Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in one of the specialties: engineering, safety technology, fire prevention technology, environmental technology, occupational hygiene or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience
• English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent, communicative in everyday work (listening – speaking).
• At least a MOS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent certificate.
• Presentation skills, understanding the risk management standards of ISO 31000 and COSO 2013, investigating accidents.
• Certificate of occupational safety and hygiene training. PCCC Professional Training Certificate. OHSAS 18001 Management System Chief Assessment Certificate.
