JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing software and application management tasks:
- Coordinate with departments on digital transformation, process digitization, document digitization, etc.
- Coordinate with departments to deploy management software to support the business operations of the Corporation, such as task management software, electronic library management software, human resource management software, accounting software, etc.
- Manage the copyrights of software purchased by the Corporation (AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows, Office, etc.).
- Manage the servers of the aforementioned software systems.
- Comply with the current regulations, procedures, and ISO standards of the Corporation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders of the Information Technology Department and the Office of the Corporation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration and/or software development.
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent
- English Communication: fluent
- English for Specific Purposes: able to read and understand technical documents.
- At least a MOS office certificate or equivalent;
- Ability to analyze and design software systems;
- Advanced knowledge of one of the software development platforms: Dot Net, Java;
- In-depth understanding of one of the most popular programming languages: C/C++, C#/.Net, Java, Perl, PHP/MySQL, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of one of the data management systems: MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2,…;
- Basic knowledge of systems, networks, security and information security, capable of analyzing, synthesizing, troubleshooting software / system trouble;
- Knowledge / experience in project management; Good knowledge of system design, software development processes, CMMI standards;
- Experience in deployment, customization of open source systems, PHP, MySQL; – Knowledge and experience in implementing ERP enterprise resource management systems.
- Management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, presentation skills, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
- Careful, honest and highly confidential; good organizing skills.
