JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for synthesizing, developing, organizing and monitoring the strategic implementation of the Company and its units. The primary task of this position is to ensure that the strategy of the Company, Unit is established and implemented effectively, while proposing the necessary improvements and adjustments.
  • Report, proposal to the Board of Directors on the strategic management of the Company and Unit; bear primary and direct responsibility in the implementation of strategic administration, specifically:
  • Strategic Development:
    • Work closely with the functional boards and units to organize and develop the overall strategy of the Company
    • Organize, guide the activities of building the Development Strategy of the Unit, Functional Strategy
    • Conduct research and analysis to propose strategies in line with the objectives and vision of the Company; research, evaluation, and evaluation of the Development Strategy of the Unit to propose approval to the authorities.
  • Implement Strategy:
    • Planning and managing the strategic implementation process, ensuring consistency and implementation of strategic projects in a timely manner, achieving the objectives
    • Organize and conduct workshops, training programme to ensure understanding and active involvement from the relevant staff.
  • Link and Counselling:
    • Work closely with the management, functional boards and units in the process of building and developing the overall strategy of the company, ensuring consensus and implementing the strategy
    • Provides strategic advice and support to leadership levels, units and functional boards.
  • Reporting, Evaluation and Optimization:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the deployment strategy, propose improvements, adjustments based on the strategic evaluation and deployment results as needed
    • Develop and implement measures to optimize strategic effectiveness
    • Preparing and presenting strategic reports to the leadership and stakeholders.
  • Other responsibilities:
    • Confidentiality of information in accordance with the provisions of the law;
    • Continuously improve professional competence, maintain professional ethics;
    • Perform other tasks under the direction of the Branch Leader..

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Economics, Business Strategy,… or equivalent.
  • 10 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in the development and implementation of enterprise strategy; research, construction, strategic consulting and sustainability reporting, priority in the equivalent industry.
  • English: TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL ibt 75 or higher or equivalent. Read the specialized documentation. Could be a presentation, an exchange of fluent work.
  • At least a MOS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent certificate.
  • Problem-solving skills, independent and teamwork skills, presentation skills, planning and organization skills.
  • Good communication and counselling skills, being able to present opinions clearly and convincingly when advising, supporting Leaders and other staff on strategy.
  • Good understanding of strategic planning and deployment processes.
  • Ability, knowledge of assessing market trends, competition and factors affecting business, from which to analyze business and market data to contribute, make strategic proposals.
  • Use skilled data analysis and statistical methods to support strategic decision-making. Proficient use of tools and software to support strategic management.
