Technical Advisor

Job Description

• Technical consulting support for customers in the field of Pastry/Chocolate (40%/60%) (pastry making, shaping, decorating, chocolate applications, etc.) by using the company’s products in front of customers, highlighting the quality and advantages of the company’s products, thereby supporting business development in marketing and sales tasks.
• Regularly develop new formulas and applications for customers according to market trends, according Marketing and Sales requirements, to promote the “continuous improvement” of the company’s products to customers.
• Coordinate with the Research & Development department to create new applications during the product launch phase, and conduct testing of new products at the Innovation Center or at customers.
• Support the sales team in improving their skills and abilities so they have more professional knowledge in the Pastry/Chocolate industry.
• Carry out other job requirements as directed by superiors.

Job Requirement

• College degree, vocational degree in the Bread/Pastry industry.
• Have more than 3 years of experience working with pastry products (if the candidate has more experience with Chocolate and Bread, that is a plus).
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• The spirit of continuous learning and progress.
• Good personality and creative ability.
• Good work organizing skills.
• Respect and have a positive attitude towards internal and external customers.
• Stay optimistic, calm, and flexible in the face of obstacles or unexpected situations.
• Can work under high work pressure.
• Willing to go on business trips to the province (2 weeks/month).
• Computer skills: MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
