- Understand the steps to make a complete pair of shoes.
- Use certain types of machinery related to expertise.
- Test and edit processes and operations from sample to production stage.
- Monitor the progress of the group’s work tasks.
- Resolve arising problems with samples and production.
Job Requirement
- Graduated 12/12 or higher, specializing in sports shoes.
- Experience of 5 years or more managing Tech/SOP.
- Proficiency in Chinese or/and English
